Land Use

There are many planning and zoning guidelines in place that have to be carefully looked out to protect our land for the future. Clear cutting trees to build stacked home communities is not what Hilton Head is all about. I am saddened when I drive around our island and see the row homes being built that have no character and all look the same and are absolutely no reflection of what HIlton Head is all about. Hilton Head has an ambience and charm about it and if these small communities keep popping out around the island, this island will not be the one you fell in love with.
